Inside The Manzanita

The Manzanita is built for the largest group of Altadena homeowners who lost their homes: the sub-1,200 SF footprint. Two bedrooms, two full baths, an open great room and chef's kitchen, all wrapped in a non-combustible light-gauge steel structure that matches or exceeds the original footprint. Sized to align with typical insurance replacement scopes and offered in all six architectural styles.

The Manzanita is engineered and built inside our owned California facility from light-gauge steel, non-combustible, dimensionally precise, and delivered complete. You get the presence of a custom home with the certainty, speed, and quality control that only a controlled factory build can deliver.

Fire resilience

A frame that won't burn, standard. A full fire-zone package when you need it.

The Manzanita is framed in non-combustible light-gauge steel as standard, so the structure itself is out of the fuel chain. In a fire-rated rebuild zone we wrap it in the full WUI / Chapter 7A hardening package. Outside those zones that package is an optional upgrade, so you only pay for it where it matters.
