About this project
Custom, and still all steel.
777 Ocampo is a fully custom home, designed by an outside architect and built by an established Palisades contractor, not one of our standard models. It shows that a custom rebuild is still covered: through our sister company Cal Steel, the TESH operating companies delivered the entire structural steel and light-gauge steel scope behind the build.
That scope runs from the below-grade structure, the basement and its custom curved steel stair system, up through the structural steel and LGS framing of the ground and second floors. The second floor is now framed and the roof framing is going on, so this record keeps growing.
