The project that proves the model.
480 W Palm St is our first full fire rebuild contract in the Altadena burn zone, the project that moves our fire rebuild capability from pitch to proof. The home is framed in non-combustible light-gauge steel wall panels made in our factory and assembled on site. The frame went up in February 2026 during a public build demonstration covered by local press, and the home is now moving through envelope, systems, and finishes.
