With 730 sqft of interior living space, the floor plan prioritizes giving all 3 bedrooms plenty of space to fit in a queen bed along with full closets. Large energy-efficient windows and doors welcome natural light, bringing the outdoors inside. Additionally, the inviting living and dining space creates a natural hang-out spot for family, friends, tenants, or anyone enjoying the space. The unit includes a fully equipped kitchen, as well as an enclosed space for a stackable washer and dryer.
